You will get 60 minutes of fat burning and fitness 4 times a week with a supportive group of people.(choose your sessions from our extensive list of classes)

Freshfit bootcamp classes offer 60 minute metabolic boosting workouts for all fitness levels at The Peace Pagoda Willen Lake, Furzton Lake and Shenley Woods.
Our outdoor exercise classes run 5 times a week using use a variety of equipment such as boxing gloves/pads, resistance band training system, kettlebells, battling ropes and much more to ensure you get the best metabolic boosting workouts possible to help you drop inches, and to look and feel great.
No military style shouting, just great fun, expert coaching, support and fantastic results.
