Freshfitmk offer a variety of group fitness classes both indoors and outdoors. This allows for variety in your training to maximise the results you achieve.It also means that during those really wet weeks you don't have to be outside every night!
Your first session is FREE with absolutely no obligation to come back if the sessions are not for you. We're a friendly bunch so there's nothing to lose... come and have a go!
Do I need to be fit?
FreshfitMK is all about having fun whilst getting fit no matter what your current level of fitness. I promise, it doesn't matter how fit you are, from the absolute beginner to the elite athlete, you will get a great workout.
Our members are of a mixed range of abilities, ages and backgrounds, so don't worry you'll fit right in.

Sunday Social Run This is an unofficial freshfit session. A chance to meet up with other likeminded freshfit members and go for a jog/run around the lake (or both), have a chat and take things at your own pace. Turn up to the Pagoda on a Sunday at 10.30am, see who else is there and decide on a plan of action together.
Thai Boxing for Fitness Thai boxing uses the knees and elbows as well as kicks and punches. It is considered by many to be the ultimate in hand-to-hand fighting. Thai boxing is a martial art, a great way to improve fitness and a useful form of self-defence. This is solely a non contact padwork and conditioning class, there is no sparring.
