The FreshFit team can attempt any of the FreshFit records below at the Development sessions:
- 1 minute Full Press Ups: Arms must extend fully and bend to 90 degrees.
- 1 minute Half Press Ups: Knees on the floor. There must be a straight line from the knees, through the body to the shoulders. Arms must extend fully and bend to 90 degrees.
- 1 minute Full Sit Ups: Feet must remain flat on the floor and cannot be held by anyone. Hands must stay in contact with temples or shoulders. Shoulder blades must touch the floor and elbows must touch the knees on each repetition
- 1 minute Half Sit Ups: Feet must remain flat on the floor and cannot be held by anyone. Hands on thighs. Shoulder blades must touch the floor and finger tips touch knee caps on each repetition.
- 1 minute Double Leg Squat Thrusts: Start in full press ups position. Jump both feet forward so the knees are level with the elbows and back to press ups position on each repetition.
