At FreshFit we believe in participating in exercise which you enjoy as part of a healthy lifestyle in a friendly, supportive and fun environment. Our sessions are specifically designed to suit the training requirements for all levels of fitness and you will get all the encouragement and advice you need to reach your personal fitness goals.

Attaining your fitness goals does not have to involve punishing workouts which you don't enjoy or depriving yourself from food and activities you do enjoy. We pride ourselves in a fresh approach to fitness for everyone, the emphasis being on having some fun along the way!

What you will get from being part of the FreshFit team
As part of the FreshFit team, you will be part of a group of like-minded people all working to achieve their personal fitness goals in a fun, friendly and supportive team under the guidance of qualified instructors. The many benefits of joining the team are: The FreshFit buzz. Training outdoors in the fresh air is in stark contrast to the confines of an air conditioned gym where the air is recycled and can be drying for your skin. In addition, the Vitamin D obtained by training in the sunlight lifts the mood and helps prevent depression.

Development sessions to benchmark your fitness levels and progress. You will have the opportunity to take part in these sessions at least every 6 weeks. Your results are sent back to you so you can see how your training is paying off, helping you to achieve personal bests as you approach your fitness goals. You will also have the opportunity to attempt a FreshFit team record.

Variety of training. You don't have to spend time thinking about how to plan your training so it doesn't become monotonous – we will do that for you. Each session will be different in some way and will focus on different aspects of fitness. Sessions vary and may include any of the following or a mixture of elements incorporated in circuit training, team games, boxing and other drills:
- Strength training
- Power training
- Cardiovascular training
- Functional/core stability
- Fun!

Challenge yourself as part of a team. From time to time we encourage the team to do an event to give you some focus for your training and for you to surprise yourself with what you can achieve!
